i am 24 years lady and i have suffered from difficulty in anal area during defeacation.as i dont have constipation i dont think this problem as piles.once i had strained while passing stool then after that time this problem arises on me.also, i saw blood two three drops after passing stool and stool mixed with blood at last.so i am afraid whether this is piles or what??please give me the remedies….

please guide me for following problems I am suffering for.

1 Indigesting
2 Keeping fast on Thursday(only Fruit taking) having too much forming gas in stomach.
3 Discharge of seaman(Thick Dhatu)by urinal.
